Shipping Guide

Introduction
FindsSpreadsheet is a product discovery platform — we do not ship products directly. When you purchase items through a purchasing agent, they handle all shipping and logistics. This guide explains how the shipping process typically works to help you understand what to expect.
How Shipping Works
When you buy products found on FindsSpreadsheet through a purchasing agent, the shipping process generally follows these steps:
- Order Placement — You place an order on your purchasing agent's platform, and they buy the item from the Chinese seller on your behalf
- Domestic Delivery — The seller ships the item to your purchasing agent's warehouse in China (usually 2-5 days)
- QC & Consolidation — The agent receives, inspects, and photographs your items. You can consolidate multiple orders into one package to save on shipping
- International Shipping — Once you're satisfied with the QC photos, the agent ships the package to your address internationally
Shipping Methods
Most purchasing agents offer several international shipping options. Common methods include:
- EMS / ePacket — Affordable postal service, typically 10-20 business days. Good balance of cost and speed
- DHL / FedEx / UPS — Express courier services, typically 5-10 business days. Faster but more expensive
- Sea Freight — Budget-friendly option for heavy items, typically 30-60 days. Best for large or heavy orders
- Special Lines — Agent-specific shipping routes optimized for certain regions, varying in speed and cost
Shipping Tips
- Consolidate packages — Combine multiple orders into one shipment to save on international shipping costs
- Check restricted items — Some products (batteries, liquids, branded goods) may have shipping restrictions depending on the destination country
- Consider shipping insurance — For valuable items, purchasing shipping insurance through your agent is recommended
- Declare accurately — Ensure your agent declares package contents and values correctly to avoid customs issues
