These are custom-designed Birkenstock Boston clogs featuring a black suede upper with striking embroidered skeleton hand motifs in distressed denim blue and white thread—evoking streetwear edge and punk-inspired artistry. The iconic contoured cork footbed (visible with 'soft' branding and size 39/250 mm) ensures all-day comfort and arch support, while the adjustable silver-toned buckle strap offers a secure, personalized fit. The open-back mule silhouette makes them easy to slip on/off, ideal for urban casual wear, gallery visits, or creative studio settings. Crafted with premium materials including suede uppers and natural cork-latex soles, they balance avant-garde aesthetics with Birkenstock’s legendary ergonomic design. Perfect for unisex streetstyle lovers who appreciate wearable art and functional footwear. Not a standard retail release—likely a limited collaboration or custom modification, given the unique embroidery and absence of standard Birkenstock logo placement.
